July 12, 2022: The Department of Journalism and Mass Communication (DOJMC), University of Nairobi in collaboration with the British Academy and the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) held a Writing Workshop on July 11 and 12, 2022. The workshop brought together journal editors and experienced scholars to work together with ECRs in 'writing' and mentoring sessions tailored to support the latter in producing publishable journal articles. The workshop aimed to build international academic networks and structures to facilitate research collaboration and to provide continued support to Africa-based scholars.
